The reception staff are super helpful, especially Jackie and Liv, who assist us with all our admin queries and patiently guide us through the app. The supervisors keep a close eye on the kids' progress and let us parents know when they’re ready to move up to the next level. Our 3 children are all here now getting swimming lessons and we have already seen a significant improvement in All 3 in a short period of time. We have been to a few swim schools over the years around the north shore and definitely rate this system as the best for us. The staff behind the desk are always happy and polite, the 3 instructors Tash, Manfred and Gordon are doing a super job with our kids. Even Dan from the assessing team is friendly and very observant watching the kids strokes all the time and always approachable. Very happy family at Lane cove Carlile.
